Less than 12 hours to go before the 2014 edition of the Klein Karoo Street Mile… Just a number of pointers for those of you that will be participating:

1. Route is along Baron van Reede st – starting opposite Kleinplaas and finishing in front of CP Nel Museum / Karoopot Restaurant.

2. Entries: from 08h00 to 09h30: cost – R20 per athlete

3. Program:
10:00- Junior Boys and Junior Girls (born after 1 January 2001)
10:20- Junior Ladies / Open Ladies / 40+ Ladies
10:40- Junior Men / Open Men / 40+ Men
11:00- Prize Giving – Karoopot

PLEASE NOTE: Junior athletes to have a “J” on their shirt – we will have “J’s” at registration.

4. Prize Money:
• Open Ladies and Open Men: 1st – R1500; 2nd – R750; 3rd – R300
• Junior Ladies and Open Ladies: 1St – R 500; 2nd – R300; 3rd – R200
• Junior Girls and Junior Boys: 1St – R 200; 2nd – R100; 3rd – R50
• 40+ Ladies and Men 1St – R 150
